Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert, born on January 27, 1970, is an American journalist for the broadcast media who was formerly an official in the federal government. She was the spokesperson for the United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration (2017 to 2019). She was a senior associate at the Hudson Institute. It is an think tank for conservatives.
Before becoming a member of the Department of State, Nauert was a Fox News reporter and news presenter for Fox & Friends. Nauert also served as acting Secretary of State for Foreign Public Relations and Diplomacy in the Trump government, from March to October 2018. Nauert was named to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by President Trump.
